Fuller’s is delighted to announce The Astronomer [125-129 Middlesex Street, London E1 7JF] has reopened with a complete new look, an enticing new menu and a wide range of cask and craft beers on the bar.
In the heart of Spitalfields, right by London’s busy Liverpool Street railway station, The Astronomer has been a long-term favourite for City workers and visitors alike. The pub’s new layout sees the bar now positioned at the back of the ground floor – opening up space for more seating. Plus, additional poseur height tables offer even more seating options – making it the perfect spot for a couple of pre, or post, train drinks.
Downstairs at The Astronomer customers will find the newly re-named Rocket Room, which has also undergone a transformation. Now with its own bar, this great cellar space will be open for evening drinks and dining, and available for private events – from birthday parties to corporate functions.
On the menu, small plates and sharing boards accompany a range of delicious burgers and pub classics – with plenty of seasonal ingredients plus vegetarian and plant-based options.
