The White Horse Proudly Presents Their Annual 31st Old Ale Festival Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th November

The White Horse is famous for its unrivaled range of regularly rotating ales and beers all year round. But once every 12 months the historic West London pub on Parson’s Green surpasses even its own high standards for the annual Old Ale Festival.

 

 With a three-day line up of 60 different real ales including a four-year maturedcollaborative ale from the award winning Thornbridge and Dark Star breweries and a cask of Wild Beer Modus Grand Cru – this year’s 31st Old Ale Festival taking place from 22nd–24th November looks set to be a belter!

 

 Malt mad visitors from around the globe will gather for a weekend of festivitiestaking in traditional and contemporary brews, never tried before beers from old and scotch ale, and special rackings to be announced nearer the time. Big name breweries taking part from around Great Britain include Hastings, Brentwood, Hepworth, Purple Moose, Titanic and Old Dairy – some of whom will be on hand on Saturday 23rd November to talk through their acclaimed ales.

 

 Once they’ve sampled the huge range of ales on offer, the hoards can hang around to enjoy an evening of entertainment including live music on Friday and Saturday night. Not to mention tuck into The White Horse’s daily changing menu of modern British pub classics including Potted Braised Duck & Bacon with RhubarbChutney; Chicken Hotpot with Bacon, Cider & Pickled Onions; Slow-cookedPork Belly, Shallot Puree & Heritage Carrots and their famous Ribeye, Chuck & Bone Marrow Burger, Old Sussex Cheese, Bacon Jam & Chips.

The winter months can be bitter, but with a warming range ofbeer styles from old ale to scotch ale this promises to be another weekend to enjoy.
