Wold Top Brewery has brewed four beers under the Hearty’s brand for Tong Garden Centre’s new food hall: Hearty’s Yorkshire Pale Ale, Hearty’s Yorkshire Gold; Hearty’s Yorkshire Bitter and Hearty’s Wheat Free.

Of the collaboration, Tong’s MD, Mark Farnsworth said: “Wold Top’s range has always been popular in our Food Hall, so this thriving brewery was our first choice when it came to launching a range of Hearty’s craft ales.”

The Hearty’s range features over 100 products that are all made in Yorkshire by ‘heartisans’ including Hooting Owl Distillery, Farrah’s and Bracken Hill preserves and chutneys.

Wold Top Brewery was founded by in 2003 and is located on the Mellor family farm at Hunmanby Grange near Filey. The team use home grown barley and water from the farm’s borehole to produce a range of award winning cask, keg and bottled beers that are available throughout Yorkshire and nationwide.
