What is the one thing you'd like to tell visitors to the Guild's website?
Editor of Ferment magazine, photographer and award winning feature writer, with a professional focus on booze since 2009 (latterly as managing editor of the whisky magazine, Unfiltered). Edinburgh-based, but well-travelled.
What you can offer as a writer/beer lover?
Experienced feature writer with a long track record in both lifestyle and technical writing. Reputation for bringing complex topics to life and finding hidden gems in seemingly humdrum stories. I bring passion and curiosity to everything I do.
What do you like most about being a Guild of Beer Writers member?
Being part of a community – I’ve written in a number of industries, but beer writers are just the best people. Simple!
