Chief Executive of BFBi, a trade association representing the entire supply chain into the beverage and liquid foods industry, established in 1907. Ruth has initiated accreditation schemes for various sectors of the industry, ensuring training, CPD, best practice and safety, as well as building membership for the Association. BFBi is an Accredited Trade Organiser for UK Trade & Investment and organises UK participation at a range of overseas exhibitions and seminars, including help for brewers in overseas markets.Produces annual directory and quarterly industry newsletter, SupplyLines. Ruth is a Director of Brewing Technology Services Limited, organiser of the oldest international brewing awards in the world, the Brewing Industry International Awards, recently renamed The International Brewing Awards. BTS Ltd is also owner of the Cellar to Seller brand and organises seminars and events specific to the dispense sector.
