71 Brewing in Dundee has perfectly captured the current national mood to jet off to sunnier climates this Easter with its latest product launch, an India Pale Ale (IPA) called Flight Path.
The crisp and refreshing ale (ABV 6.1%) will be added to the brewery’s core range of beers, available all year round, and complement an already well-established and popular range of craft beers.
Flight Path offers the beer drinker a fresh, citrus flavoured ale brewed using a generous amount of Azacco, Cryo Citra and Simcoe hops to create its unique and reviving flavour. Tropical, citrus and pine flavours shine through making it the perfect summer refreshment.
Duncan Alexander, founder of 71 Brewing commented:
“Our brewing team are on a roll with the second new beer release in just four weeks. Flight Path will quench your thirst for sunnier days ahead. Lovely and refreshing”
Flight Path is now available for off-trade distribution through good local independent beer retailers or direct from the brewery at www.71brewing.com

About 71 Brewing
71 Brewing Co was established in Dundee in 2016, the city’s first active brewery in over 50 years. Based in the former ironworks towering out of the heart of an area known as ‘Hell’s Half Acre’ the brewery building formed a major part of the mighty Blackness iron foundry.
With a core range of crisp lagers and hazy pale ales, 71 Brewing also produce distinctive, locally sourced fruited sour beers and small batch seasonal specials that complement their core ranges.
The Brewery is currently on a journey to becoming fully carbon neutral certified by 2025.
