of Bottle-Conditioned Beers

With talks and quick-fire tastings by:

  • Marston’s Pat McGinty on conditioning Pedigree, and the Burton Unions
  • Adnams’ Fergus Fitzgerald on ageing Tally-Ho Barley Wine
  • Fuller Smith and Turner’s John Keeling on vintage beers
  • Harviestoun’s Stuart Cail on bottle-conditioning lager in Scotland
  • Moor’s Justin Hawke on conditioning in bottle, can, cask and keg
  • St Austell’s Roger Ryman on conditioning Proper Job and Bad Habit Tripel

And a potential micro-sampling of beers from 1869, 1902, 1977, 1982 and 2000
