Bath Ales Opens Showcase Store at Hare House

Bath Ales has just opened the doors on a new and improved facility where customers can stock up on their favourite Bath Ales beers and even check on the brews in progress.

Based at the brewer’s Hare House main site in Warmley, the new site has extra capacity and is the perfect showcase for Bath Ales’ expanding portfolio.

Giving customers an insight into the brewing process, Bath Ales brewery tours will shortly operate from the new location. The evening tours, which cater for between 12 – 25 people, allow customers to experience first-hand how Bath Ales turn malt, hops and water into delicious Gem, wonderful Wild Hare and sensational Special Pale Ale.

As well as all the extra space Hare House benefits from on-site parking and is already home to Bath Ales’ office staff, as well as the new innovative pilot brewery, giving visitors the chance to get closer to the action whilst browsing for their favourite tipple.

Roger Jones, managing director at Bath Ales, said: “This new facility is a great showcase for us and the extra room allows us to welcome even more people.

“We wanted to build a shop within Hare House so that customers can actually meet some of the staff working for the company – we’re always looking for feedback and really value the views of our customers. We definitely aspire to being a so-called “Firm of Endearment”, whereby our customers and staff can engage with our company culture. ”

Inside the new shop a glass wall gives visitors a sneak peek into the heart of the building, where casks and kegs of different Bath Ales beers wait to be distributed to pubs and bars across the South West each day.

In the new shop Bath Ales beers are available in a number of different forms to suit every customer – from bottles and micro casks to gift packs. The company’s delicious Bounders Cider will also be available in-store along with the full range of beers from Bath Ales.

Customers visiting the new shop will enjoy a 10% discount on retail prices and will also earn points on any purchases using the free Loyal Hare Force membership card.
