Alcohol-free brewer, Big Drop, has collaborated with Paria Cycling Clothing to create an all-new 0.5% brew – Tailwind IPA – alongside a limited-edition Big Drop cycling jersey. Launching 27th May 2021, both the beer and the jersey will be available to purchase via Big Drop’s webstore.
The perfect accompaniment to a summer bike ride, Tailwind IPA is a crisp, refreshing brew with scents of lemon zest and tropical pineapple. A subtle bitterness works in tandem with the beer’s citrus flavour notes from the Chinook and Cascade hop pairing, with Willamette delivering a round and balanced spicy finish.
