The exclusive new 0.5% brew will be available to purchase alongside a limited-edition co-branded jersey
Alcohol-free brewer, Big Drop, has collaborated with Paria Cycling Clothing to create an all-new 0.5% brew – Tailwind IPA – alongside a limited-edition Big Drop cycling jersey. Launching 27th May 2021, both the beer and the jersey will be available to purchase via Big Drop’s webstore.
The perfect accompaniment to a summer bike ride, Tailwind IPA is a crisp, refreshing brew with scents of lemon zest and tropical pineapple. A subtle bitterness works in tandem with the beer’s citrus flavour notes from the Chinook and Cascade hop pairing, with Willamette delivering a round and balanced spicy finish.
Sam Morgan, Director of Paria Cycling Clothing, said of the partnership:
“Paria’s culture is embedded in collaboration, especially with like-minded people and brands, who appreciate the quality product and excellent design. We jumped at the chance to work with Big Drop, and when we tasted their beer the deal was sealed.
They have truly joined forces with Paria for this collaboration, ensuring we have been involved in designing the kit, the can and feeding into the beer.
As more and more people in the cycling world are turned onto low ABV beers, it’s great to see the support for two wheels Big Drop are bringing to the road.”
Nick Worthington, Commercial Director of Big Drop, added:
“At Big Drop, we love collaborating with like minded, energetic brands that share our lust for life. That’s why we’re super excited to be working with renowned cycling apparel gang, Paria, who share our passion for cycling and great craft beer.
Together we’ve created a winning combination – a premium club-cut jersey and a refreshing IPA oozing tropical fruits – that we hope will inspire people to Go Big – to get out there and let loose on two wheels, donning the hottest drop of the season.”
Launching 27th May 2021, Tailwind IPA and Big Drop cycling jersey will be available to purchase via Big Drop’s webstore.

About Big Drop Brewing Co: Big Drop was launched in 2016 as the world’s first brewer dedicated to alcohol-free beer by City lawyer, Rob Fink and long-time friend James Kindred. Both had recently become fathers and were looking to cut back on the booze but could not find any decent alternatives to their favourite craft beers. It has since won 60 international beer awards, including four times ‘World’s Best’ at the World Beer Awards and beating full-strength rivals in blind-tastings on a number of occasions. Big Drop contract brews in batches through a network of brewing partners worldwide, meaning it can produce fresh beer – locally and ethically – with a minimal carbon footprint. Recognised as the market leader in the rapidly growing AF craft beer sector, Big Drop can now be found in over 10,000 locations – including throughout Europe, Australia, Canada and the US. In the UK, Big Drop has listings with major pub groups (eg Mitchells & Butlers), restaurant chains (eg Nando’s) and retailers (eg Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons and Ocado) as well as on the High Street with Holland & Barrett and on doorsteps with Milk & More. Its range of beers, which are all <0.5% abv, currently consists of: Stout, Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, Brown Ale, Golden Ale, Hazelnut Porter and a Sour as well as special editions and collaborations with other leading brewers.
