Now in their tenth year, the annual Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards celebrate the very best writers, publishers, broadcasters, photographers and personalities working in food and drink. An independent panel of expert judges select the winners in 14 categories from work published or broadcast during 2021.
The judges seek to reward work where a blend of strong professional skills and sound judgement provide a greater understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of good food and drink. Inspiration, education and pleasure derived from the work are of equal value. This year’s eminent panel comprises:
