As part of London Beer City at the Mermaid in Clapton, Guild member Adrian Tierney-Jones will be talking about his latest book, The Seven Moods of Craft Beer.
Adrian will be at the Mermaid on Thursday, 10 August, from 7.30, in the downstairs bar. Tickets cost £10.
On Monday 7th, the Mermaid will hold an exclusive keg of Brooklyn Cloaking Device on tap (one of only five in the city!!)
Cloaking Device is a strong Brett-fermented porter aged for nine months in French oak red wine barrels from Larkmead Winery in California. It is then hand-bottled and re-fermented in the bottle with Champagne yeast.
