Guinevere
Guinevere is an effervescent Witbier infused with a plethora of gin botanicals, such as crushed juniper berries, lime leaves, orange peel and rose petals This makes for a decidedly English take on the traditional Belgian style; a truly summer beer which is as thirst quenching as it is refreshing.
Malt: Low Colour Maris Otter, Wheat
Hops: Magnum
Yeast: WLP 400
Botanicals: Lime leaves, Orange Peel, Rose Petals, Rosemary, Lavender, Juniper berries
Abv: 6.0%
