It’s Try Time at Warrington Wolves

Warrington Wolves Rugby Club is now serving its own cask ale – Joshua Tetley’s Try Time.

The exclusive house ale brand has been devised for the club by Carlsberg UK as the perfect accompaniment to top class Rugby League. Try Time is being launched to fans at the Wolves’ home game  on July 5th against Leeds Rhinos at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, with a special ‘buy a pint, get the next one half price’ offer.

Andy Gatcliffe, Wolves’ chief executive, commented: “It’s fantastic to have our house cask ale at the stadium, it’s something we think the fans will like and adds yet more choice to our already impressive offerings. We look forward to seeing our loyal Primrose and Blue Supporters enjoying a pint of Try Time on the terraces and in the stands.”

David Barker, Regional Sales Director of Carlsberg UK, added: “We’re pleased to support the launch of the Wolves Try Time house cask ale, it’s great to be able to offer yet another quality option to Wolves supporters, which adds to the portfolio of drinks we supply which includes Tetley’s Gold, Somersby cider, Carlsberg and Tuborg.”

Gareth Morris, General Manager of stadium caterer Lindleys, said: “The launch of the Try Time house cask ale is a perfect opportunity to complement our wide range of refreshments which now includes great names such as Domino’s Pizza, Flaming Good Burger, The Pie Factory and another new addition in Cracklings. We strive to attain the highest standards for our customers and we believe that our food and drink choices are amongst the best available in any stadia.”
