KRAFT Dalston are making a splash in East London with their unusual trio of independent brands all wrapped up in one young, vibrant venue – a must visit attraction.
The on-site brewery German Kraft was born out of the desire to redefine traditional methods of brewing beer by creating clean, fresh beer brewed and served at Kingsland Locke, straight from the tank. All beers are made according to the purity law from 1516 only using malt, water, hops & yeast. The result is unfiltered, unpasteurised and crisp craft beer which you can try in a flight of three ⅓ pints for £6.
Meanwhile, Jim and Tonic use sustainable production methods to create a tantalising selection of gins including – London Dry, Mediterranean, Rhubarb and Hopped Grapefruit. East London’s best G&T and Gin Cocktail bar menu features distinctive creations like the Red Grape Daisy – London Dry Gin, Pisco, lime juice, Bergamot & red grape.
Last but certainly not least, Le Bab use Michelin starred techniques and Middle Eastern / South Asian cooking inspiration to make a selection of savoury dishes. All made with seasonal and organic ingredients, the menu includes from snacks to mezze, with the main event being a selection of delicious gourmet kebabs served on fresh sourdough baked onsite.
KRAFT Dalston is located at 130a Kingsland High Street, Dalston, London E8 2LQ.
