2017 marks the 210th anniversary of Oktoberfest – our favourite part of Bavarian culture – and Proud Camden are embracing it in all its glory for London’s finest Oktoberfest celebrations.
Following the sell-out success of last year’s festival, this year Proud Camden are going bigger and better.
Every Saturday and Sunday from 30th September to the 22nd October, you will find the spirit of Munich’s ultimate beer experience at Proud Camden’s own Bierkeller. On Thursday 12th October there will also be a special one-night student Oktoberfest celebration, the perfect follow-up to freshers week.
Proud’s gig room will be transformed into a fully decked-out, traditional Bavarian beerhall complete with long wooden tables and bunting, fit for a decadent bohemian Shcloss.
Our wunderbar waitresses and waiters will be dressed in Dirndl and Lederhosen and on hand to keep your steins filled to the brim and your mouths full of sausages. Lekker!
Oktoberfest is all about indulgence and excess. Proud will have a wide selection of highly-regarded European beers including popular and more obscure choices. Enjoy copious amounts of ‘liquid gold’ served in the iconic stein glasses. There will also be a selection of fantastische European wines on offer.
Food traders will be providing hearty authentic Bavarian dishes including Weisswurst, Bratwurst and Currywurst and Sauerkraut plus tasty vegetarian options.
Along with giant-sized beers and delicious German sausages, revellers can expect live music, oompah and brass bands, dancing, hilarious challenges and competitions – with full fancy dress encouraged. Don’t miss Proud’s gluttonous Oktoberfest and head to Camden for a beer swigging, rowdy good time.

The weekend Oktoberfest frivolity will be running from 2pm-10pm followed by a club night afterparty to 2.30am. Ticket holders are advised to arrive by 6pm.
