Future of Cask Seminar:

  • Quality – still an issue. More so in non Cask Marque pubs! The introduction of cellar audits to pass Cask Marque from January 2023 will identify training needs.
  • Commercials – margins poor on cask for both brewers and licensees. Need a price ladder in pubs to gain margin. Why is cask the cheapest product on the bar? Click here to see the Timothy Taylor presentation at Future of Cask Seminar.
  • Image – the industry is planning a Fresh Beer campaign for cask. Learn more by

joining a zoom on the Tuesday 25th Oct. For an invite email Angie@cask-marque.co.uk.

Angie & Lisa have been busy dealing with ticket sales for the Guild’s Annual Awards Dinner. Have you bought your ticket yet?
