Charles Nouwen is a Master Brewer from UCL Belgium. He is a brewing industry professional with more than 20 years experience. Beyond the most technical aspects of beer, Charles is also Advanced Cicerone® (Beer Sommelier), and avid homebrewer active on Instagram under the name @beerisaconversation ! After spending his first 10 years in his home country Belgium, brewing awarded beers and developing new ones, he moved to UK then to USA with his family.
