Two Midlands-based firms, Marston’s Brewery from Burton-on-Trent and Pukka from Leicester, have teamed up in an exciting new partnership to create the ultimate steak and ale pie with award-winning ale, Marston’s Pedigree.
Made and baked by Pukka, this new Steak and Pedigree Ale Pie is filled with beef steak in a rich Marston’s Pedigree gravy, encased in a light golden puff pastry and wrapped in purple pie foil to distinguish this great tasting version of one of the nation’s favourite flavour pies.
Marston’s Pedigree is one of the flagship ales from Burton-based Marston’s Brewery, and is the classic amber ale style world-famous for being brewed in the oak casks of the Burton Union System, a brewing method favoured by its Victorian founders in 1834.
Pukka was established in Leicester by the Storer family in 1963 and their signature pies sold nationwide to pubs, fish and chip shops and supermarkets have become the byword for all things genuinely, properly good.

On sale to coincide with British Pie Week (2nd – 8th March) each Pukka Steak and Pedigree Ale pie is a 210g portion and on sale for the RRP of £1.89.
