Writing two books during lockdown brings Pete’s total output to eleven full-length books. Inspired by Zoom beer launches, he’s been running a weekly event looking at each book in turn, in chronological order. Each event recaps on what the book is about, reveals how and why it was written, and Pete then takes questions on every aspect of the book.
For each event, Pete has worked with an independent retailer to put together a selection of beers that go with the subject being discussed, and buying a ticket for the talk gives access to a discount code for the beers. Next week it’s the turn of the multi-award-winning 2016 tome, “The Pub – a Cultural Institution.”
