Siren committing IPA Treeson with new heavy hitter?

Siren Craft Brew have hit back at claims that New England IPA is set to rule the waves by releasing Forest For The Trees, a new 8.6% Winter West Coast IPA that they’re describing as ‘Big, bold, bitter and completely off-trend.”

Siren’s Andy Nowlan commented:

“We think the death of West Coast IPA has been greatly exaggerated so we’re bringing a touch of the Pacific to the UK with this massive winter double IPA. Crystal and Vienna malts provide a hearty backbone and a red hue, then we’ve gone all in on heavy hitting Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial and Mosaic hops, including Simcoe & Mosaic Cryo® powder. Expect old school bitterness, evergreen aromas and punchy berry hop notes.”
