Wise Bartender, the award-winning online retailer that specialises in alcohol-free drinks, including nearly 250 beers, has launched its Price Promise[1] which guarantees to match the price of any product purchased from its website if it can be bought cheaper from another UK online retailer.
The Wise Bartender Price Promise applies to products that are in stock and in date from any online-only retailer within seven days of purchase. If the qualifying criteria are all met, it aims to credit the difference in price to the customer’s Wise Bartender account within three working days.
Founder Tom Ward explained “Demand for alcohol-free drinks is high and the selection of delicious options to choose from continues to improve, with awareness raised further during Dry January. Yet people are watching every penny as the cost-of-living crisis bites, and many are so busy that they aren’t able to spend hours shopping round to get the best value. Not only does Wise Bartender enable customers to buy single bottles or cans to improve choice and help keep costs down but our Price Promise reassures them that we are confident our prices cannot be beaten by other online retailers.

The Wise Bartender Price Promise will match the price of in-stock products (excluding delivery charges) that are offered on identical terms and where the price, stock position and – where relevant – eligibility to purchase from the competitor can be checked. Only one claim may be made per purchase, although this single claim can be for multiple products.
Although exclusive discounts such as staff, student or blue light and closing down sales are exempt from the Price Promise, other offer-code discounts are eligible.
The Price Promise comes as Wise Bartender has also revealed a new brand identity and characters that represent the expanding range of imaginative and creative drinks available. It keeps elements of the original branding which has become so recognisable but is more accessible and appealing to its modern and dynamic consumer base.
