Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., the London brewer and premium pub company, is delighted to announce that The Star Tavern [6 Belgrave Mews West, London, SW1X 8HT] has been named Pub of the Year by West London CAMRA.
The Star Tavern was up against some tough competition in the area. CAMRA judged each pub in the competition on a variety of criteria such as atmosphere, level of service, value for money and community focus, with extra weighting given to the quality of their real ale.
Marta King, Manager of The Star Tavern, said: “I am so happy we won. To be awarded this from CAMRA is a huge achievement, we all know how much they love their ale so I am delighted that I can now shout about how we serve the best in the area. I would also like to thank my team who help me maintain these high standards.”
