Zapaygo, one of the UK’s leading order and pay apps, has been announced as the mobile ordering partner of the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA).
Operating nationwide, Zapaygo has long supported the late-night and hospitality industries. It works with many businesses, large and small, and last year, throughout one of the most challenging years on record, Zapaygo helped countless venues ensure they are strategically poised to bounce back, enhancing customer journeys.
A recent survey commissioned by Zapaygo, found that 63% of hospitality businesses said they saw their mobile order and pay system as strategically important to the growth of their business. The survey also showed that pubs, bars and stadiums were most likely to agree that customer satisfaction levels had risen since introducing a mobile order and pay system. In terms of customers and users, Zapaygo found that 76% of respondents preferred to order and pay from their table versus going to a bar and 67% said they were likely to continue using them into the future.
Elliot Hall, Founder and CEO of Zapaygo, said: “Our partnership with NTIA is a natural fit for us. Zapaygo is already helping many venues and hospitality businesses to drive excellent customer service and connect with more people. We are witnessing how technology is being embraced in every aspect of life. There has been a shift in how people interact with late night venues, and we are right there with them. From being more convenient and more efficient, to being safer and more hygienic, there are a multitude of reasons why order and pay apps, such as ours, are becoming increasingly popular.
“Our partnership with NTIA is a unique opportunity for both parties to work together to share expertise and experiences. We are both focused on ensuring the late-night industry flourishes and venues are able to better their customer experiences in the future.”
The NTIA promotes the unique contribution of the night-time industry to the UK. It is the voice for the sector and works to increase awareness and understanding of its contribution and benefits. It seeks to influence the decisions of policymakers and ensure that the night-time economy continues to flourish, supporting regeneration, creating jobs and enhancing the UK’s international reputation
Michael Kill, CEO of NTIA, said: “We are extremely excited to be partnering with Zapaygo as our[exclusive] mobile ordering partner, and with the pandemic heavily influencing the dynamics around ordering, it’s great to partner with a company which has an inherent background within our sector and a desire to help us bounce back stronger.”
This partnership will also give all NTIA members, including its 7000 venues, discounts on sign up fees for Zapaygo and will see it becoming the app of choice at all NTIA events.
