Sam writes the food blog www.hungerlust.com with his wife and Guild member, Claire Hill. The blog covers all aspects of food and drink including beer, wine, recipes, travel and restaurant reviews. Sam is a qualified radiochemist and is especially interested in the science of food and beer.
