East Of England Co-Op Taps Into Alcohol-Free Beer

With consumers demanding a broader range of alcohol-free alternatives, The Co-Operative is the latest retailer to boost its alcohol-free offerings with local brand, St Peter’s Without®.

St Peter’s Brewery, based in Suffolk, has just signed a lucrative deal which will see its delicious, alcohol-free beer stocked in 93 East of England Co-Op stores across East Anglia.

Already sold through Wholefoods Market, Nisa and Mitchell & Butler Pubs and restaurants nationwide, St Peter’s Without® has quickly gained a loyal following as the UK’s number 1 alcohol-free craft beer.

“Times are changing in the UK drinks market. Since launching Without® last summer we’ve noticed a huge growth in demand for alcohol-free drinks in general. People want a high quality alternative and Without® fits the bill,” explains Steve Magnall, CEO at St Peter’s Brewery. “Without® is now the UK’s number one alcohol-free craft beer and we expect interest to continue to grow and for more retailers to increase their alcohol-free offerings.”

The deal with the East of England Co-Op strengthens the brand’s position in the market and allows St Peter’s to target a greater number of potential customers.

St Peter’s Without® is available in 500ml bottles, RRP £1.49. For more information visit www.stpetersbrewery.co.uk
