The Guild’s AGM is set for Tuesday 11th July 2023 from 7pm, taking place at Samuel Pepys, Stew Ln, London EC4V 3PT
All members of the Guild are welcome to attend and hear from the Guild’s Board on achievements over the past year and plans for the future. Individual full members of the Guild are entitled to vote at the AGM, and stand for Board Director election; Associate and Corporate member representatives are welcome to join the AGM, but may not vote or be elected as a Board Director.
Election of Board Directors
Jo Steward voluntarily retired from the Guild Board in March 2023.
The following Director(s) are retiring by rotation: Paul Nunny (Treasurer).
The following Director(s) are voluntarily retiring: Emma Inch (Chair), Pete Brown, David Jesudason, Katie Wiles.
This leaves us with six vacancies on the Board.
We are incredibly grateful to the hard work of those Directors who are retiring this year – thank you!
If you would like to stand for election you will need to complete a nomination form, signed by you and by two Full Guild members as proposer and seconder. Please download this form, complete it and return it by email to secretary@beerguild.co.uk no later than Tuesday 9th May 2023.

Full members may propose a motion for discussion at the AGM. These must be received by Tuesday 30th May 2023 via email to secretary@beerguild.co.uk.
Voting and proxy voting
Voting will take place during the AGM.
Full members who are unable to join are able to vote via proxy. To request a proxy form ahead of the AGM, email secretary@beerguild.co.uk. Completed proxy forms must be received by Tuesday 4th July 2023.
